Patsy Ruth Ledoux
Picard (Russell James Picard Class of 66) Three children; Rusty age 36, Michael age 30, and Justin age 28. Working as a secretary at McNeese State University for ten years. Presently working in the McNeese Library. Married to Russell since 1970, we have three wonderful sons, and i am finally getting to go to college, working and going part time to McNeese.
