James Augustus "Buzzy" Leithead, Jr (Katie) I have been married for five years and have three children (Buddy - age 5, Charlie - age 3, and Kate - age 1). After graduating from LSU School of Dentistry, I completed a twenty-four month postgraduate program in orthodontics. I opened my orthodontic practice in Lake Charles in July, 1980, and I am still practicing orthodontics here after nine years. I met my wife Katie in New Orleans.
