Mrs. Arlene will be greatly missed. I at many times felt like I was one of her own kids. She had a heart of gold, and did more for others than she did for herself. We had some good times at work. I am going to miss the stories, jokes, lessons on life, good food, and most importantly the good company. Arlene had the best outlook on life. She taught me that you cannot allow bad situations get you down. Arlene was able to take the negative things in life, and make them into something positive. Every night that I work, I find me doing little things that Arlene would do. I used to pick at her just to see if I could break her from the routine that she did everyday at work. Of course I could not do that, but I find myself now doing the same little things that she did. I am blessed to have been able to know and love such a special person like Arlene. Your Friend and Co-worker, Todd L. Granger
Harry & Dot, We are so sorry to hear about Arlene. May God hold all the family close to Him and grant each of you comfort through the days ahead. Keeping all of you in our prayers. Our sincere sympathies, Joe & Betty
I am so sorry for your loss. I had no idea she was even sick. I was always at Memorial with my Mom & Dad. She took many x-rays of my mother and was always so kind. May God be with you at this time. She will greatly be missed. My prayers are with you all at this time. God Bless, Rita

Arlene was very close to me. She and Ricky always took very good care of me. When we were living in Creole She would make sure I got to my doctor's visits and that I had everything I needed. I am going to miss her very much. Annie
I was so sorry to hear of Ms. Arlene's passing. God took one more Angel home. I know that Ms. Arlene was always there to listen to me when I needed someone to listen. We spent a lot of time in x-ray at SCMH talking about all kinds of things. She never had a bad day, never had bad things to say and never, ever met a stranger. She will be missed by all and never forgotten. I will keep you all in my prayers and God Bless. Amy
In memory of Arlene I have placed a tribute at our LGHS-70 class website. It will be there and available for viewing as long as our website exists (hopefully many more years). It can be found at http://www.lagrange70.com and will be under "In Memoriam" or through the BIO pages. May you rest in peace and know that we will miss you. LGHS Class 1970
